From the moment you contact us at Tiny Little Tinkers, your child will be placed on a waiting list. At this stage we will require a name, address, telephone number and date of birth for our records. As soon as a place becomes available, you will be notified. Depending on availability, you will be able to choose the sessions that you require.

Once you have accepted the place, you will be able to change sessions when a place becomes available. The place will always be offered to you before taking on new children. If you are new to the area and not on our waiting list you will be offered a place at any of the three groups and will be transfrerred as soon as possible.

All prices above are for Unfunded children. Government funding is only for 15 hours weekly. This starts the term after your child’s 3rd birthday.

Payment of fees is required during the first week of every half term. All cheques should be made payable to the Pre School. If we do not receive payments within the first two weeks of each half term, then your child’s place will be cancelled.

Four weeks notice is required for the cancellation of a place; this must be submitted in writing. No rebates can be given. In the event that your child is absent for a period of up to four weeks, no refund will be given. Longer absences are subject to sympathetic consideration. On our notice boards, you will be able to find details of term dates and the sum of fees required.

If your child is three years old, funding is available from the term after your child becomes three. The grant is available for up to 15 hours weekly. It will be your responsibility for paying the Pre School for any sessions which are not covered by the Nursery Grant Scheme. Please be aware that your grant will be lost if you change Pre School during a half term. The full grant will be given to your new placement and outstanding fees must be paid to Tiny Little Tinkers.

From January to July we have a waiting list for extra sessions, so you may not be able to use all of your 15 hours at our pre-schools. You may however, use any remaining hours at other Ofsted approved groups.

Please put your name down on the waiting list as soon as you require extra sessions.

You will be notified of any changes or increases in fees during the term prior to the change.
